Our company manufactures welded joints for vacuum chambers and flanges. It is important to minimize the number of weld joints in vacuum equipment as much as possible. Therefore, it is crucial to use jigs to perform welding all at once. In corner welding, it seems that leaks often occur at the point where the three beads overlap.
