• Rubber mold

"Coke" It is a fuel produced by the dry distillation (carbonization) of coal. By carbonizing, volatile components, coal tar, pitch, and other substances are removed from the coal. It is a gray-black solid containing 80-90% carbon and is mainly used as a heat source, carbon additive, and reducing agent in metallurgy, electric furnace manufacturers, sugar manufacturers, and more. Our company's history began with the establishment of "Meiji Coal Co., Ltd." in January 1939, aimed at coal sales. At the Muroran Coke Plant, we produced coke for over 50 years until 2000, and we have a track record of over 85 years in sales that continues to this day. "Smokeless Coal" It is used as a carbon additive in electric furnace manufacturers and as fuel in power generation. We also have a variety of other products available. • Steel

The applications include the reduction of hexavalent chromium in industrial waste sludge and wastewater treatment, protective coating for boiler heat exchangers, stabilization of heavy metals, supplementation of iron in soil, and application to golf course grass for leaf decay and color enhancement effects, among various other uses. As for the manufacturing process, high-quality ferrous sulfate with over 93% purity is produced by refining iron-containing waste sulfuric acid (twice). Additionally, we also handle ferrous sulfate products other than those manufactured by our company.

"TG Flock" is a high molecular weight coagulant that demonstrates exceptional capabilities in solid-liquid separation processes such as clarification, sedimentation, filtration, and dewatering. It is used in steel mills, food-related industries, food waste biogas systems, and wastewater treatment. We will propose solutions tailored to your wastewater from our extensive product lineup. At Tetsugen, we handle "fall arrest equipment." Since it is a free size (adjustable), there is no need to worry about sizing. Since no manufacturer can keep up with production, there is about a one-year wait for delivery, so we recommend making your purchase reservation early.
