We offer engraving, cutting, and marking processing on various plastics, starting with acrylic. We can cut standard thicknesses of a few millimeters, as well as acrylic up to 20 millimeters thick. The cut surfaces are smooth and beautifully finished, requiring no polishing. Upon request, we can also provide additional finishing and beveling. Engraving and marking are done with high precision and detail. We can engrave anything that can be represented as graphic data. We also accept data creation from hand-drawn illustrations and drawings.

We process materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate, and PET to manufacture parts like covers, windows, and doors for experimental devices, machine tools, and measuring instruments. Unlike metals such as iron, the biggest advantages of resin covers are that they do not rust and are transparent, allowing visibility of the interior. They provide protection from debris generated during processing while allowing for confirmation of the manufacturing and processing stages. Since they are easier to process than glass, we can create covers that fit the shapes of devices and equipment.

Our company processes plastic materials, primarily acrylic, as well as PVC and polycarbonate. After cutting, shaping, polishing, and drilling plastic sheets, we bend them with heat or bond them with solvents to create products. This is a splash prevention panel made of G-PET, which has four times the strength of acrylic. Its chemical resistance has also been improved, making it less likely to crack due to the use of chemicals. It is also safe for alcohol disinfection!
