The "Lost Wax Precision Casting Method" allows for the integral casting of complex shapes. It can cast large parts ranging from a few grams to several tens of kilograms, and it is capable of creating three-dimensional curved surfaces that are difficult to achieve through machining. Our company offers a component manufacturing technology called "MIM," which involves mixing metal powder (with an average particle size of about 10μm) with a resin binder, and then using a plastic injection molding machine to inject mold the material into pellet form. Additionally, based on the original Permatec method of MIM technology, we have adopted our unique JUKI-MIM system with improvements.
