We would like to introduce the applications of the nanofiber membranes and nanofiber coating 'NANOXERA' produced by our electrospinning method. The biodegradable nanofiber membranes are made from biodegradable plastic PCL (polycaprolactone) as the raw material. When placed in a compost environment, hydrolysis is promoted, followed by decomposition by microorganisms, ultimately breaking down into CO2 and water. The biodegradable nanofiber filter is composed of PCL nanofibers and PLA (polylactic acid) non-woven fabric. It becomes a material suitable for humans and the environment by suppressing CO2 emissions during incineration and decomposing through composting after use. We would like to introduce the applications of our nanofiber coating and nanofiber membrane 'NANOXERA' produced by the electrospinning method that we handle. In mask applications, excellent breathability is achieved by applying a nanofiber coating to the substrate, which features a fine mesh structure. It maintains high collection performance equivalent to N95 class without the need for electret (charging treatment) due to the collection by the structure.
