• Resin mold

Our "lost wax" service includes finishing and surface treatment as a comprehensive solution. With a long history in lost wax precision casting, this traditional method requires manual labor, making it particularly advantageous for overseas production. Due to the low mold costs, high-precision casting is possible even in small lots at a low cost. While our company specializes in lost wax, we are also capable of accommodating various other methods. Based on your drawings and specifications, our engineers will propose suitable manufacturing methods. Critical dimensions will undergo machining finishing. • Processing Contract

We would like to introduce the "resin mold components" that we handle. By utilizing machine jigs for automation and responding with direct machining as much as possible, we aim to shorten lead times and reduce costs. Heat treatment includes high-temperature quenching and tempering twice, sub-zero treatment, and stabilization. • Resin mold

We would like to introduce the "connector mold components" that we handle. The runner shape can be polished without grinding using base plate components (SKD-11HRC60). The materials include SKD11, HPM-38, SKH-51, ELMAX, SKD61, S-STAR, and others. Additionally, we have machining capabilities for direct drilling and processing of high-hardness materials such as HAP72 (HRC72). • Other molds

We would like to introduce the "press die components" that we handle. All inserts and plates that require precision undergo sub-zero treatment twice to suppress aging changes and ensure accuracy. Since the processing environment is maintained at a temperature of 22°C ± 2°C, we can guarantee the required precision even for long processing times.
