We would like to introduce the inspection work conducted at Nishin Industrial Co., Ltd. We check for defects on the outer circumference and inside of the cylinder head. Similarly, we perform checks on the outer circumference of products other than the cylinder head. At Nishin Industrial Co., we perform "shot work." We remove scale from the surface of products using hanger blast, air blast, and core knock. For cylinder heads, we use air blast to remove scale from the outer surface and inside. The poured mold is placed on a shakeout machine to drop the sand inside the mold, and the product is removed from the mold. Since March 2019, our company has established a new factory specializing in casting finishing and deburring, where we carry out casting finishing and deburring work for a wide range of cast products, flexibly responding to any requests from our customers. Additionally, we can handle products ranging from approximately 10 kg to 2,000 kg, primarily including cylinder heads, pistons, crankcases, machine tools, and all other related parts. The "Spiral Pipe" improves gas venting of the core by embedding it in the core, preventing gas defects. Made of steel, it maintains a stable shape through bending processing and can form complex gas passageways. It is hard and resistant to crushing, preserving the shape of the gas passage.
