<Limited Outlet> It is a milky white translucent material with a hardness of 61°. We only sell the raw material (silicone rubber compound), but if desired, we can also prepare the material mixing (with curing agents) up to the molding stage. Please feel free to consult us separately regarding specifications, conditions, and estimates.

Since it is silicone rubber, it is environmentally friendly. You can choose from different hardness levels ranging from 15° to 80° (8 types of hardness) and thicknesses from 1mm to 8mm (8 types). The stock items are "black," but we can also customize and match your preferred color through made-to-order production. *A separate estimate will be provided for the prototype set.

Our unique conductive thick film printing Until now, the maximum product size was 300mm x 150mm, but we have developed and introduced a large conductive thick film printing machine that can print products up to 400mm x 300mm at once. If you have conductive products with load (operating force) that have features like feet (bumps) on the back and cannot be printed using screens, please consider consulting with us. (Since these are custom products, molds and tools will be required.)

We will design according to specifications. (In-house design) Since we can ensure and maintain the film thickness better than conductive printing on screens, we can maintain conductivity equivalent to the lifespan of the keytop itself. (Dedicated conductive jigs are required for each product.)

Due to its oil bleed properties, it can be easily assembled into an underbody shape. Color adjustment is also possible, allowing for differentiation from the housing and other parts. A hardness of 30° is the most popular, but you can choose from a range of 30° to 50°.
