We can cut materials such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, phosphor bronze, and brass. For SUS, we can achieve clean cuts (oxidation-free cutting) from t=0.05mm to t=6.0mm, and up to t=3.0mm for clean cuts. The materials we handle include SPCC (up to 3.2t), SPHC (t=4.0 to 6.0), SECC (GX material up to 2.3t), aluminum 5052S (up to 3.0t), and SUS304-2B (up to 6.0t). We also work with various spring materials such as SUS430, SUS631, and SUS301/SUS304, as well as phosphor bronze, SK materials, and ribbon steel. The HV2-R laser processing machine can also handle pure copper and pure aluminum processing up to about 2.0t. We always keep a variety of materials and plate thicknesses in stock, allowing us to respond to short lead times and urgent orders starting from just one piece.
