Araki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the machining of half-split shaped bearing metals, which are complex shapes. To accommodate these difficult shapes, we create jigs as needed. In November 2017 and December 2018, we introduced the multi-tasking machine "INTEGREX j-200S 1000U" and the 5-axis vertical machining center "VARIAXIS j-500." We have also equipped ourselves with various measuring instruments, including micrometers up to Φ600, 3-point internal diameter micrometers (hole tests) up to Φ300, and roundness measuring instruments, to ensure we can measure a wide range of processed products.
