"KS Fastener" is a transport and processing belt that allows customers to easily and quickly attach and detach the belt themselves. It enables the joining of belts on-site without removing conveyor and machine parts. The conveyors used in each factory vary, and it becomes difficult to make a request when the length is unknown. The best option is to take measurements to determine the length, but if there is no time for measuring, our company also offers a method where we pass the belt through the conveyor to determine the length and process the adhesive part on-site. We will consult with the customer on the best method and propose a way to complete the work smoothly.

In relation to the long direction of the belt, items attached horizontally are called horizontal bars, while those attached vertically are called vertical bars. The height of the bars varies, with some being pre-made and others being processed for installation. ◆ Horizontal Bar (Yokosan) It is ideal for transporting items at an incline to prevent spillage of large or small items. ◆ Vertical Bar (Tatesan) By attaching it to the underside of the belt, it can be used to prevent wandering, and by attaching it to both ends of the upper side, it can help suppress the spillage of transported items from the belt.

"Bonding processing" is a processing service suitable for the transportation field, where cushioning properties are required to protect transported items. It ensures integration with the belt and allows for the bonding of various cushioning materials. Additionally, it can be bonded even when both cushioning and grip properties are required. Furthermore, by applying special processing in addition to bonding, it is possible to adjust the strength of the holding force.
