We have introduced the "Assembly Robot," a back panel bonding device, to Company T in Chiba Prefecture. This device is designed to apply a backing material to the underside of the panel, allowing for operations such as adhesive application, component attachment, and stapling to be performed by changing tools. Additionally, it is possible to correct positioning using vision technology. This device is a robot that supplies small parts to the molding machine and extracts the finished products.
