This is an open hand made of pure brass, containing copper ions and having antibacterial properties. Many of the products we manufacture are related to forklift battery cases and vehicle parts. However, in a society where the coronavirus is spreading, we thought about how we could contribute to everyone who is actively working every day, and we decided to sell the "brass open hand." Open, close, pull, and push without touching. Made in Japan quality! The reasonable price is possible due to our processing achievements and experience!

We are mass-producing items with an outer diameter ranging from Φ10 to Φ200. For screws, we process up to M50 and G3 in outer diameter, and M15 and G3/8 or larger in inner diameter. Flanges are machined from round material. Collars are simultaneously processed for inner and outer diameters from pipe material.

☆ Processing is possible from small lots to mass-produced items. ☆ Processing of canned products (brackets, frames, etc.) and sheet metal products (boxes, covers, etc.) is possible. ☆ Mass production processing using robotic welding is also possible. ☆ Welding of stainless steel and aluminum is also available.

★ We will respond to your requests! We can perform box bending, R bending, hemming bending, and more. We also have goose neck molds, allowing us to process deep U-shaped bends. (Please inquire about the sizes for deep bending.) Roll processing is also possible. *We can also bend into a pyramid shape (as shown in the product photo).

Leave the metal cutting to us! We can cut iron, stainless steel, and aluminum, primarily with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 25 mm. We have processing experience not only with A5052 aluminum but also with A2017 (duralumin) and A7075 (super duralumin). We also have experience with carbon steel (S45C, SCM440), titanium grades 1, 2, and 64, copper, and brass.
