Our mold division specializes in manufacturing molds for automotive interior parts, having evolved from producing molds for agricultural machinery, automotive undercarriages, household kitchen appliances, solar water heaters, and boilers as sheet metal molds. In the field of resin press molds for automotive interiors (compression molding molds), we excel in producing molds for "simultaneous trimming and piercing," taking into account the thermal effects on the molds when pressing materials with properties such as thermosetting resins and thermoplastic resins. We achieve trimming accuracy by designing appropriate cutting edges. We have a wealth of experience with thermal forming molds, cooling forming molds, and trimming molds. We manufacture molds for pressing sheet materials for interior parts, excluding injection-molded components, and we work closely with our customers from development and verification to mass production to solve problems together.
