"MERC processing" refers to the production of electronic components, represented by connectors, switches, printed circuit boards, etc., through a combination of NC programming and general-purpose punching, involving punching (cutting out) and bending (forming) processes. Using materials such as SUS and copper, which are often used for fine parts, it is possible to manufacture extremely small components with a thickness of approximately 0.05 to 0.3 mm, which are difficult to process manually. This document includes numerous examples of MERC processing conducted by our company. Please feel free to download and take a look. [Featured Examples] ■ MERC Processing Examples ■ Nibbling Processing/Special Mold Processing in MERC Processing ■ List of MERC Processing Samples *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
