We produce both internal and external components. In addition to dimension inspections such as fitting, we also conduct appearance inspections for external components and deliver molded products that have passed these inspections. We also carry out subsequent processes such as assembly of multiple parts, sealing, and applying caution labels, using injection molding machines ranging from 100t to 450t.

• Injection Molding Machine

This is a molded product with surface irregularities that result in defective items due to the need for plating processing. Of course, precise molds are required, and the molding conditions must be finely adjusted according to the temperature and humidity of the day. Since it is necessary to conform to the curves of the vehicle, we inspect the molded products using inspection jigs and deliver only those that pass inspection. After product molding, post-processing includes plating and painting, using injection molding machines ranging from 280t to 850t.

• Injection Molding Machine

In the case of complex shapes, if the mold does not take into account factors such as draft angles and wall thickness, demolding becomes difficult. Incorporating such issues during the product design phase reduces the need for mold modifications and ultimately leads to lower costs. We deliver molded products that have passed strict inspections regarding dimensions, including those with features like tabs for assembly. We use injection molding machines ranging from 450t to 850t. We have experience with insert molding using a 450t injection molding machine.

• Extrusion Machine
