Our company conducts powder electrostatic painting, which efficiently charges powder coatings with static electricity, allowing the paint to adhere to and coat the workpiece. After that, the coating is heated and melted to form a paint film. Since there is no "dripping" that occurs with liquid coatings, a film thickness of approximately 30 to 200 μm can be easily achieved in a single application.
