Continuous baking molding is a technology that allows for the molding of special dimensions not covered by JIS or AS standards. It does not require molds for single items or small lots, enabling the production of large-diameter O-rings at low cost and with short lead times. Since we use various dedicated facilities for continuous baking molding, the finish, appearance, and dimensional accuracy are stable.
