We would like to introduce a case study of our "Smart Cure" being utilized in community-based integrated care (home medical care). In the Kariya City Smart Wellness Project, during home visits by nurses, a mobile connection was established between the hospital and the patient's home, allowing doctors to use electronic stethoscopes to remotely check heart and breath sounds while examining patients. Additionally, in a demonstration experiment conducted by Kawachinagano City in Osaka Prefecture, nurses visited home patients with electronic stethoscopes and connected online with doctors waiting at the hospital. The effectiveness has been confirmed, and the demonstration experiment is ongoing until the end of March 2024.
