We would like to introduce our double twin jack, the '4RM/6RM'. This model adopts a combined system of ram-operated jacks (R jacks) and cylinder-operated jacks (C jacks). With our developed control system, stable continuous operation can be achieved. The PC steel bar tension jack "OX・PW Series" is specially designed and manufactured for use in the tensioning work of PC steel bars, which are an important part of the PC well construction method. While performing tensioning and nut tightening operations, the elongation of the PC steel bar is measured with a counter, allowing for the management and execution of stress introduction into the PC steel bar. The counter displays 2.0 or 3.0 mm for each full rotation of the nut, accurately counting the elongation. It has a built-in fixing device that clamps the rail with the receiving seat and clamp fittings, providing reaction force. The bridge girder pushing device "SB Series" requires a pushing force of only about 1/20 to 1/10 of the total weight of the bridge girder by using a non-friction plate, making it sufficient with a minimal value for the hydraulic jacks used for pushing. The pushing operation of the bridge girder can be performed entirely with hydraulic control, simplifying the work and allowing for centralized control. It can also be used for horizontal movement of heavy objects such as prestressed concrete bridges, and its utility is extremely broad. The "Jacking Hoist," which brings together our company's technology with a proven track record in civil engineering jacks, excels in lifting and lowering various heavy objects and in pulling operations. It features a center hole type hydraulic jack equipped with hydraulic rotating nuts at both the head and base, through which a fully threaded rod connected to heavy objects passes, allowing the hydraulic rotating nut and the fully threaded rod to engage through a screw mechanism. The "RM type" is a standard type jack that is connected to a hydraulic pump with two hydraulic hoses for pushing and returning (double-acting).
