The "FCD1200 QT Gear" is manufactured by adding heat treatment (QT) to FCD800. It has high strength, with outstanding fatigue strength in the black skin area. It excels in wear resistance and achieves excellent surface roughness in the cutting process. This product is a threaded external anti-corrosion joint for fire extinguishing pipes. A unified anti-corrosion system for areas with challenges such as bends, branches, and steps, which were difficult to address with conventional anti-corrosion tape wrapping, can be achieved with the pipe and joint.
