It is recognized as a formal rubber term and is included in JIS and rubber dictionaries. The term "sub" is also referred to as "Factice," which is derived from French and means "synthetic" or "artificial," and is now used as a global common term. Therefore, we use this term in our company's English name. Additionally, there are terms such as "vulcanized vegetable oils" or simply "vulcanized oils," which are translations of the term primarily used in the United States and represent the raw materials and manufacturing methods of sub. 【Three Major Features of Sub (Factice) Not Found in Other Processing Aids】 ■ Non-thermoplastic It does not melt at around 200°C, thus maintaining the shape and dimensions of the compound and preventing shrinkage. ■ Pressure flowability During the pressurization of the compound, the lubricating effect of factice improves flowability, making extrusion easier and increasing molding speed. ■ Oil absorption Due to its three-dimensional mesh structure, it absorbs liquid formulations (oils, plasticizers, etc.), preventing stickiness and bleeding of the compound. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

This product is a powder-type sulfur-free factice that can be used for organic peroxide crosslinking. By blending at 5 to 10 phr, the permanent compression deformation during sulfur crosslinking is improved. Although slight yellowing is observed after prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light, the change is milder in the high-grade product "U-10" compared to "U-8." "Ame Sub" is a slightly softer factice compared to White Sub, and it is packaged in lump form because it is difficult to crush. Both contain a small amount of magnesium oxide as a stabilizer, and "Ame Sub L" and "Ame Sub 50" have naphthenic mineral oil added. "White Sub" is generally known for its excellent oil absorption properties and is a chlorinated sulfur factor that helps prevent bleeding in liquid formulations. Compared to Black Sub, it has less impact on rubber properties, particularly notable in permanent compression strain. "Neo-Factis" is a product developed for special purposes. "Neo N" uses soybean oil as its main raw material and is a soft factis with low free sulfur, exhibiting some stickiness. "Black Sub" is a sulfur factor made primarily from rapeseed oil (refined rapeseed oil, industrial rapeseed oil) and plant oils (refined recycled oils such as rapeseed oil and soybean oil). Black Sub Pure and Black Sub Pure Special use only rapeseed oil, while Black Sub Pure Special contains added naphthenic mineral oil. Additionally, Black Sub A, Black Sub A Soft, Black Sub B, Black Sub B Soft, and Black Sub 30 use a blend of rapeseed oil and plant oils, with Black Sub 30 containing added aromatic mineral oil. Black Sub 21 is a general-purpose product made solely from plant oils. We handle a light-colored sulfur factor, "Golden Factis," made from canola oil with reduced unsaturation through hydrogenation. Golden is a high-grade product that is slightly lighter than Golden T. While sulfur chloride factors are also used in light-colored formulations, this product does not contain chlorine and poses no risk of delayed vulcanization. 【Features】 ■ When used in IIR, processability is improved at 5-10 phr, and there are almost no negative effects on vulcanization speed, physical properties, or aging. ■ It can also be used for adjusting the fluidity of oil-based paints, the adhesive strength of adhesives, and maintaining viscosity at high temperatures in lubricants and cutting oils. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
