• Other heaters

This is a high-performance, lightweight, inexpensive insulation material made from heat-resistant 150°C melamine sponge, which is easy to process on-site. It can be used for heat exchangers, steam piping, boiler-related applications, and semiconductor front-end exhaust piping, among others. It is an energy-efficient insulation material compared to traditional insulation materials like glass wool. Of course, we also offer insulation materials that exceed 150°C using glass wool.

• CVD Equipment

The "Jacket Form" is a lightweight and inexpensive pipe insulation material with a melamine sponge (flame-retardant material) as its insulation layer. It can be freely cut on-site with scissors and is suitable for work in clean rooms (low dust generation). It is suitable for insulation of pipes up to 150°C.
