There were concerns about the decrease in residual chlorine at the terminal water distribution reservoir located at a distance from the water purification plant. However, since there is a risk of excessive chlorine injection at the purification plant, an automatic adjustment device for water quality measurement and additional chlorine injection at the relay station was required. Therefore, by continuously monitoring the residual chlorine at the relay station and automatically injecting the appropriate amount of chemicals according to the readings, we ensured a constant residual chlorine level. We achieved improvements with a compact and low-cost installation.
