We use a water-cooled cold plate, allowing for stable heat dissipation characteristics during testing. The "X200" is an automatic X-ray inspection device that achieves performance (high resolution and high-speed inspection) that cannot be attained with conventional technology, thanks to the unique design by SVXR Corporation. With automatic defect detection utilizing machine learning, inspections can be conducted without an operator.
