We would like to introduce the "Electroless Nickel Plating" handled by Moriwaki Plating Industry. This product has been increasingly used in automotive parts, precision machinery components, and precision screws over the years. The reason is that, unlike electroplating, a uniform thickness of the coating can be produced even on complex-shaped items. Additionally, coatings with different phosphorus content exhibit varying characteristics such as corrosion resistance, magnetism, solderability, and wear resistance. Electroless nickel PTFE composite plating, which incorporates Teflon particles, is also used as a lubricating coating. 【Features】 <Electroless Nickel with Phosphorus> ■ The Vickers hardness of the coating is approximately 500 HV, but it can be increased to over 700 HV with post-plating baking treatment. ■ Suitable for substrates such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and brass. <Electroless Nickel with Low Phosphorus> ■ The Vickers hardness of the coating is approximately 750 HV. ■ Wear resistance is superior compared to medium phosphorus. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Decorative anodizing" and "dyed and colored anodizing" allow for the coloring of aluminum using organic dyes and electrolytic coloring methods.
