At Kawate Co., Ltd., we handle "nameplates, logo badges, nameplates in general, and heat sinks." We mainly press aluminum sheets to create uneven surfaces, followed by surface treatments such as painting and anodizing. Additionally, we enhance the premium feel with diamond cutting, hairline processing, and potting on the surface. Our products are used in various fields including audio products, optical devices, communication equipment, and automotive accessories. We can also produce electroformed products. Furthermore, we are capable of machining and printing acrylic (resin) materials. The heat sinks are made from pure aluminum material. 【Features】 - Being made of pure aluminum, the heat dissipation effect is improved compared to aluminum alloys. - The diameter of the round pins is narrowed to 1mm to 1.5mm, accelerating heat dissipation. - By increasing the density of the round pins, we have enlarged the heat dissipation area and enhanced the heat dissipation effect. The "P Heat Sink" is a friction-pressed heat sink made of pure aluminum (99.7%/99.5%). Using pure aluminum (Al A1070/A1050), it offers better heat dissipation than aluminum alloys.
