We offer a heat exchanger called "Plate Fin Coil," which employs a ball expansion method to enhance the adhesion between copper tubes and fins, eliminating variation in fins and improving heat transfer. The fin pitch can be manufactured in a standard range of 1.8mm to 4.2mm. Additionally, we can accommodate pitches of 4.5mm to 20mm for low-temperature specifications upon request. 【Features】 ■ The copper tube sizes available are primarily 5/8 inch and 3/8 inch. ■ The standard fin pattern is P33×P38 (staggered), but we can also produce P40×P38, P50×P50, etc., upon request. ■ The fin pattern for the 3/8 inch tube is P22×P25.4. ■ We can also regularly manufacture fins with aluminum surface treatment (composite high corrosion resistance and hydrophilic treatment coating) upon consultation. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
