The "SPL1 type" is a lead switch type oil level relay used for monitoring the unloading valve oil level adjustment device of the pressurized oil system, monitoring the outflow of oil from the collection tank and pressurized oil tank, and for controlling the opening and closing of the oil level adjustment valve in conjunction with an electric unloading valve. The fluid used is compatible with turbine oil (VG#46). Free membership registrationThe "SPL3 type" is a magnetostrictive oil level relay developed for monitoring the regular oil level in oil collection tanks and lubrication oil tanks, as well as for monitoring abnormal oil levels due to oil leakage from these tanks and contamination by cooling water. A display box is mounted on the upper part of the sensor, which uses a float-type magnetostrictive sensor with an accuracy of ±1mm. The movement of the float is converted to a 4-20mA signal, and alarm contact output is provided via a digital panel meter.
