The SMT line features a two-line system with L size and M size, enabling production of various types and quantities, and is characterized by five inspection processes that ensure thorough quality control. Our company positions SMT (Surface Mount Technology) as a core technology and carries out electronic component mounting for a wide range of products, from high-density mounting substrates for communication devices to medical device substrates. We are capable of mounting small chips (0402 and 0603 sizes) as well as BGA and CSP, and of course, we are equipped with lead-free reflow ovens that can perform reflow in a nitrogen gas atmosphere.
