In recent years, severe disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes have frequently occurred, causing significant damage. Core facilities of the water supply system, such as water purification plants and drainage ponds, have been affected, and the recovery period has been prolonged due to ground subsidence and liquefaction of surrounding roads. We propose a new early recovery method using Super Aqueduct Hose during water supply interruptions that impact many people's lives. There is a proven track record of restoring water supply within three hours during the major earthquake in California (1989) using Super Aqueduct Hose. The material of Super Aqueduct Hose is rated equivalent to that of PET bottles, making it suitable for transporting drinking water, and it has been adopted in factories that handle food products. During a disaster, it is possible to draw water from undamaged sections of piping, bypass damaged areas, and connect to evacuation centers or individual households, enabling rapid recovery.

At FPEC Corporation, we conduct "Plant Disaster and Disaster Prevention Simulations," including explosion simulations. We carry out impact assessments during disasters and consider countermeasures such as emergency response plans. We enhance risk communication with neighboring residents, improve in-house disaster prevention education and training, and can utilize this for the repair and review of disaster prevention equipment as well as for application materials to the fire department. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. [Usage Methods] ■ Risk communication with neighboring residents ■ Enhancement of in-house disaster prevention education and training ■ Repair and review of disaster prevention equipment ■ As application materials to the fire department *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

At FPEC Corporation, we conduct "Plant Disaster and Disaster Prevention Simulations" based on our own plant layout, including fire-fighting activity simulations. By simulating various fire scenarios such as changes in wind direction and speed, it can be utilized as a practical training tool for fire-fighting activities. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Simulation Examples】 ■ Changes due to the height of the heated surface and three-dimensional display ■ Water spray simulation ■ Foam spray simulation ■ Tank fire simulation *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our "Plant Disaster Prevention System Design." Based on years of accumulated experience, we conduct a disaster risk analysis for the entire plant and develop basic system designs such as design standards for fire prevention and extinguishing equipment, P&Is, and layout plans in accordance with regulations. In addition to fire prevention and extinguishing equipment, we can also consider the overall safety and security equipment of the plant, including layout plans that take into account distances between facilities and buildings, fire-resistant and explosion-proof structures, and fire compartmentalization. 【Applicable Regulations】 ■ Domestic laws in Japan ■ Overseas regulations ■ Other standards *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

The utilization of digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, and industrial robots is expected in hazardous material facilities for operational improvement. To achieve this, a review of explosion-proof areas is necessary. Through precise risk assessment, previously designated hazardous areas (explosion-proof areas) may be reclassified as non-hazardous areas (non-explosion-proof areas). This document summarizes key points for the conversion of indoor and outdoor facilities to non-hazardous areas, the flow of risk assessment operations, and methods for precise risk assessment. [Contents (partial)] ■ Increasing demand for DX (Digital Transformation) in the industry ■ Key points for converting "important" indoor and outdoor facilities to non-hazardous areas ■ Flow of risk assessment operations ■ Main achievements (industries) ■ Standards for precise risk assessment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
