The "SECS Tester/HSMS Tester" is software that makes it easy to conduct communication tests based on the SECE communication standards (SECS-I, HSMS). It is a communication tester compliant with the SECS communication standards used in semiconductor and LCD manufacturing lines. By using the "SECS/HSMS Tester" as a pseudo host or pseudo device, efficient testing of hosts and devices can be performed.
