During the plating process, hydrogen embrittlement occurs due to the co-precipitation of hydrogen during processes such as acid pickling and electrolytic cleaning in an alkaline zinc plating bath. As a removal method, we release the absorbed hydrogen by applying heat treatment. For steel components, we perform a baking process at a uniform temperature of 190 to 210°C for 4 hours. We would like to introduce the "Passivation Treatment and Copper Stripping Treatment" conducted by OSKAI. For the passivation treatment of stainless steel, SUS300 series materials are treated using a nitric acid solution, while SUS400 series materials are treated with a nitric acid-chromic acid solution. Additionally, we also perform copper etching by immersing in a weak alkaline solution. We accommodate small-scale production. We would like to introduce the "Swing Zinc Plating" conducted by OSKAI. When zinc plating bolts and washers, it is generally done using barrel plating that rotates continuously in the same direction. In such cases, there may be instances where the items overlap or entangle within the barrel, making it difficult to achieve uniform plating. However, our company employs swing zinc plating, which involves oscillating the barrel.
