For example, bristles can be implanted into flat materials like the one in the photo, or into cylindrical or disc-shaped materials. Additionally, handles can be attached to the material to create hand brushes, similar to toothbrushes or clothing brushes. The material used for the bristles (wood or resin), its shape, the material for the bristles, and their thickness and length can all vary, allowing for a wide range of designs tailored to different uses. This brush type offers relatively high freedom in terms of shape.

This is a brush made with a fiber called PPS, which has excellent heat resistance. The maximum temperature limit for the bristles is around 180°C. It can be used to clean while still hot on a frying pan. The bristles are strong and effective for removing burnt residue. Although the type shown in the photo is different from the brush type, in the case of the twisted brush type, it did not lose functionality even in hot oil. Additionally, such heat-resistant fibers in a vibrant blue color are rare, and even if the bristles shed, their visibility remains high, making them safe to use in environments like kitchens.

This is a brush that is fixed by crimping the bristles with metal fittings and processed into a brush shape. It is characterized by densely packed bristles with no gaps, and is often used as a dust-proof brush to fill in gaps. It is also possible to process it into a spring-like shape, wrapping the brush around a central axis to create a high-density roll brush, or to process it so that the bristles are wrapped inward. (This allows for cleaning and polishing by enveloping the object being cleaned.) The functionality varies greatly depending on the dimensions and materials of the bristle material used.
