Finally, an inspection device capable of detecting defects in back-side and laminated structures has been completed. "Inspecting internal and back-side cracks takes a lot of time and cost." "It's difficult to inspect cracks and defects without outsourcing to a contractor." Do you have similar concerns? Our product can detect defects on the surface, inside, and back-side of non-magnetic stainless steel, as well as defects in the lower plates of laminated structures. According to performance tests, defects in non-magnetic stainless steel with a thickness of 10mm and back cracks deeper than 3mm can be easily detected. Moreover, in cases with uneven surfaces like welds, it is possible to scan by lifting the sensor by about 1 to 3mm, so there is little need for surface treatment (bead polishing, painting, dirt removal). Additionally, for large cracks, detection is possible even when lifted more than 10mm from the surface, and inspections for material changes such as hardening are also feasible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "PECT-SP1" is a pulse eddy current non-destructive testing device that can detect defects such as cracks on the surface, inside, and backside of non-ferrous metal without contact and without surface treatment. Furthermore, it is capable of inspecting cracks and measuring thickness under layered structures. It is compatible with non-magnetic metals with relatively high electrical resistivity, such as austenitic stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium alloys. Additionally, it is equipped with a small display that shows real-time changes during sensor scanning, allowing users to view the static patterns as well. 【Features】 - Achieves defect detection of cracks and thickness reduction in backside and layered structures - Compatible with thick non-magnetic metals - No pre-treatment required for unevenness or dirt - Usable with ferromagnetic materials - Easy operation and portable *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
