At Padec Co., Ltd., our sublimation transfer printing business conducts printing using inkjet transfer paper and gravure transfer paper. Sublimation transfer printing is a method that involves applying heat and pressure of around 200°C to transfer paper printed with disperse dye ink, causing the ink to vaporize (sublimate) and penetrate the fibers. At Padec, sublimation transfer printing is possible even with blended materials as long as they contain polyester.
