Our thermocouples use high-precision K-type wire and K-type sheath thermocouples internally. The protective tube is highly resistant to thermal shock and has high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. We also use high-purity silicon nitride, which has excellent corrosion resistance against molten aluminum. Instead of a gas burner, we use an electric heater for the aluminum melting and holding furnace, making it suitable for carbon neutrality. Basic size: 2000mm x 2000mm x 1800mm maximum (size can be changed) Melting capacity up to 500kg Temperature accuracy plus or minus 5.0℃ It can be miniaturized and space-saving. There is, of course, no CO2 from gas burner combustion. We have a catalog available, although it is simple.

【Standard Specifications】 Available in 3-phase 380V and 200V, with power options of 5kW, 10kW, and 15kW. Since the heat source directly heats the air using nichrome wire, it has better thermal efficiency compared to the sheath heater method. (The heater is composed of a nichrome wire coiled inside a molded heat-resistant material with excellent insulation properties and heat resistance, resulting in a heater with minimal heat loss and high efficiency.)
