Our company selects Daido Tokushuko's steel PD613 (SKD11 series) and mainly focuses on creating molds that undergo pre-hardening. The main advantage of pre-hardening is that, since hardening is done first, unlike steel that can be hardened later, it is not affected by thermal deformation due to heat treatment.
