"Tofumaku" is our unique non-stick coating composed of three layers: a two-layer silica (SiO2) thin film and a silicone or fluorine-based non-stick layer. The first layer of the silica film forms a flat film, while the second layer of the silica film forms a porous, finely convex film, providing a foundation with hardness comparable to quartz.
