• Mechanical Design

The "RT-450 model" is a combination of an edger and a cross-cutting device with an optimizer. It improves processing accuracy and allows for one-size-down processing. Even boards that had low yield at their original length can be transformed into high-yield products by cutting them before feeding them into the edger. The "Loop Saw -i (BT-48KT)" is a fully automatic table-type twin band saw equipped with the KIKUKAWA optimizing system. It instantly measures the thickness and width of lumber and controls the twin band saw based on the information of the products the customer currently wants, using KIKUKAWA's unique nesting software.
