We accept a wide range of cutting processing for iron and stainless steel, from single items to mass production. We have a proven track record of precision up to 5μ. Nickel plating, blackening, and carburizing hardening are handled by our parent company's facilities. Additionally, we can accommodate various post-processing through outsourcing.

• Other machine elements

It is automatically installed between two machining centers and sets the workpiece automatically on both machines. It has two stockers, and if materials are supplied on the left, the robot will transport the workpiece through processes one and two, with finished products being stocked in the stocker on the right. This device is widely applicable for automation in machining.
