The "Release Agent-Free Method" is a patented technology that forms a coating of thermoplastic resin with excellent release properties on the surface of rigid polyurethane molded products, allowing for the injection and molding of polyurethane into a closed mold space. This technology enables a shift from injection molding, which is suitable for mass production, to polyurethane RIM molding, which is better suited for small-batch production of various types, and it also allows for the establishment of mass production lines with reduced initial investment. It is increasingly being adopted as a new option for mass production methods in plastic molding. When mass-producing using this release agent-free method in polyurethane RIM molding, significant cost reductions can be achieved once a certain quantity is exceeded, surpassing the costs of injection molding. Due to the physical properties of the thermoplastic resin that adheres to the surface, this method is fundamentally suited for molding rigid polyurethane. "Urethane plating" is a patented technology that applies our proprietary "release agent-free manufacturing method" to form a coating of solvent-based thermoplastic resin on the surface of urethane molded products, which is then used for plating. Since plating on urethane resin is physically impossible, it had not been put into practical use; however, by utilizing our technology, it has become possible to mold plated products. Furthermore, by also using the "three-dimensional decorative method," it is possible to apply plating to products with three-dimensional embossed decorations, enabling the realization of designs that were previously thought to be impossible. 【Release Agent-Free Manufacturing Process】 ■ Melted ABS resin is dissolved in a solvent and applied to a mold to form a coating, after which the mold is closed and urethane resin is injected into that space to integrate it with the ABS resin coating. ↓ ■ After molding, the product is placed into the existing ABS resin plating line for plating treatment. ↓ ■ For the coating when applying direct electroplating, a mixture containing ABS carbon powder is used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The "Three-Dimensional Decoration Molding Method" is a patented decorative molding technology that simultaneously transfers patterns and colors onto urethane resin molded products. It enables the realization of high-quality surface designs and allows for the integrated molding of embossed patterns and images, significantly reducing the process compared to conventional urethane RIM molding. It also allows for mass production with lower investment compared to injection molding.
