Our company provides ceramic fibers, which are produced by electrically melting high-purity alumina and silica raw materials and then fiberizing them using the blowing method or spinning method, as "thermal insulation materials." Due to their thermal conductivity being less than about 1/10 of that of heat-resistant bricks and less than 1/2 of that of insulating bricks, they offer excellent insulation effects. We offer "panel heaters" that are structured with processed metal heating elements arranged on ceramic fiber boards, which are resistant to thermal shock, provide good radiation distribution, and can be used at high temperatures. The monolithic type features ceramic fiber that adapts well to the shape of the metal heating element, minimizing shape deformation at high temperatures while maintaining a hollow structure that does not hinder heat generation. Additionally, we have a groove arrangement type that emphasizes cost, and we can also provide surface hardening treatment and delivery of fired products. 【Features】 - The heater is integrated simultaneously during the molding of the ceramic board, allowing the ceramic fiber to adequately fill the gaps of the coiled metal heating element, suppressing deformation at high temperatures.
