Managata STUDIO is a web application designed to understand molds. It utilizes CG to visualize details, even in areas that are not visible in models. By imagining the unseen, it enhances the ability to apply knowledge to actual molds. It provides explanations of the roles of each component, as well as descriptions of mechanisms and structures. Additionally, related items are linked, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of molds as a "system." • Mold Design

The Managata GEM is a mold model made of acrylic material. It allows for the visualization of internal structures and hands-on experience of operations. Even without machines like molding equipment, you can experience "mold opening" and "product removal" with your own hands. With just a wrench set, it can be disassembled and reassembled down to a single bolt. Currently, we offer two standard types: a 2-plate model equipped with a slide and an inclined core, and a 3-plate model with a pinpoint gate that includes a slide. 【Standard Products】 - 'GEM-2P' (2.5kg) 2 plates, 1 slide, 1 inclined core - 'GEM-3P' (4.0kg) 3 plates, 1 slide 【Features】 - Complex molds are reproduced using acrylic material (insert parts may be ABS/3D printed) - Ejector function and realistic movement with 3 plates and inclined core - Uses real mold components as much as possible, allowing for complete disassembly and reassembly - Palm-sized and portable, even for women 【Effects and Use Cases】 - Visualizes the internal structure and movements of molds that are usually not visible - By performing mold operations with your own hands and disassembling and reassembling the model, it provides a deeper learning experience beyond classroom study - Usable not only in production sites but also in external settings and offices.
