Our X-ray CT device is capable of "helical scan" imaging (scheduled for release in spring 2026). "Helical scan" is a method of continuous imaging in a spiral pattern in the vertical direction (Z-axis). It is particularly suitable for imaging long objects and improves the disadvantages of conventional scanning (multi-slice imaging). Compared to multi-slice imaging (where the sample is rotated and imaged for each detector height pitch), the imaging time can be significantly reduced. 【Features】 ■ Shortened imaging time ■ Increased efficiency of data collection ■ Improved resolution ■ Enhanced quality of image reconstruction ■ Features to address cone beam artifacts specific to flat panel X-ray CT devices ■ Functionality to improve spatial resolution in cross-sectional transformed tomographic images and 3D displays *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our newly developed technology, "Linear CT," can reconstruct images close to those of conventional CT using projection data from limited angles, allowing for tomography without stopping the inspected object. As a result, the imaging time is significantly reduced, making it easier to implement inline X-ray CT inspections. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ Capable of reconstructing images close to conventional CT using projection data from limited angles ■ Allows for tomography without stopping the inspected object ■ Significantly reduces imaging time ■ Facilitates the implementation of inline X-ray CT inspections *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

"Panorama Scan" is a imaging method that captures a sample by rotating it at two (or three) points within the X-ray beam area and connects the collected projection data to obtain an imaging field equivalent to two (or three) X-ray beams. As shown in the diagram, rotating the sample 360 degrees around three rotation centers yields an imaging field of Φ700mm. This is a groundbreaking technology that allows large samples to be imaged with a small X-ray detector. 【Panorama Scan Imaging】 ■Step 1: Rotate the sample 360 degrees around three rotation centers to capture images. ■Step 2: Connect the projection data obtained from the three points. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We have developed the 300kV micro-focus X-ray CT device "ComscanX Performance 300-4343" equipped with the new technology "Panorama Scan." We plan to start accepting imaging service requests from August 2025. "Panorama Scan" is a shooting method that achieves wide-field imaging approximately 1.7 times that of conventional methods (Φ550mm, with an option for Φ700mm). By incorporating this new imaging method and a high-energy 300kV X-ray tube, non-destructive testing of large aluminum samples and other materials becomes possible. We have summarized an overview of the "Panorama Scan" technology, comparison images with conventional X-ray CT devices, and features of the new device in the related links. We encourage you to take a look. *For more detailed information, you can view it through the related links. For further details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case of CT imaging of cosmetic powder conducted at our company. While the external photos do not reveal the internal state of the powder, the cross-sectional images show that there are areas with low powder density (inside the red circle). The areas with low density may already be crumbled or may be prone to crumbling. Please feel free to contact us for product information, quotes, or any inquiries. 【Overview】 ■ It is evident that there are areas with low powder density. ■ The areas with low density may already be crumbled or may be prone to crumbling. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case of CT imaging of correction tape conducted by our company. By looking at the cross-sectional images, you can see the misalignment of the correction tape and the engagement of the gears. In this way, understanding the arrangement and condition of internal components through non-destructive testing contributes to quality improvement. In defect analysis, the internal condition can be analyzed without breaking the product. We would like to introduce a case where a medical injection needle was imaged using our X-ray CT device "ComscanX Mini." While the external photograph does not reveal the internal structure, examining the cross-sectional image of the red-framed area shows that there are parts with high resin density (the speckled white areas). The 3D display image allows us to understand how the high-density areas are distributed in three dimensions. Additionally, internal dimension measurements can be performed. [Overview] ■ Imaged with the X-ray CT device "ComscanX Mini" ■ It is evident that there are areas with high resin density ■ The distribution of high-density areas in three dimensions can be understood *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
