Mimikamu is a completely wireless, wearable intercom that combines earphones and a microphone into one device. It is extremely compact and weighs only 18g. You can easily use the intercom function anywhere, even in active scenes. It is equipped with features designed to alleviate the dissatisfaction and stress regarding intercoms that we gathered through unique feedback from our customers and others. We will begin limited sales in mid-September 2024 and are looking for users who can cooperate with paid PoC.

We would like to introduce a case where "Instrument Reading Image" was implemented at the Yoshida Yukiko Laboratory, Ibaraki University Hitachi Campus. Before the implementation, the electric power was checked on a receipt-like paper, and then manually entered into an Excel file, which was a problem due to inefficiency in operations. We would like to introduce a case where Kyoto Mechanical Tool Co., Ltd. implemented "Instrument Reading Image" in the shipping inspection of tools manufactured by the company. Due to specifications, the automatic inspection machine for their digital torque wrenches could not be applied to new products, and inspection work was being carried out using a manual inspection machine. However, as production volume increased, the manual inspection machine could no longer keep up. We would like to introduce a case where Iwatsu Manufacturing Co., Ltd. implemented the "Instrument Reading Image" to achieve cost reduction. A web camera was installed in front of the existing demand meter, which does not have communication capabilities, and an alert notification via email was established when the threshold was exceeded. The "Parts Count Counter" is an application that counts parts of the same size. Up to 8 parameters for each part can be saved, and the counting screen clearly displays the recognition status of the parts using colors and borders.
