Currently, in response to the declining demand for sewing needles, we manufacture parts for automatic looms and aluminum building materials. Our company produces needle-like products such as piano wire and stainless steel wire. We are also challenging the polishing of thin and long wire materials using dry barrels, complementing areas that are difficult with cutting processes through our polishing technology, allowing us to provide high quality quickly and at low cost. Since we can polish without using water, it eliminates the need for rust prevention treatment and reduces the workload in subsequent processes.
