We also handle insert molded products, clinched press products, and heat-adhesive press products. 【Production Case Introduction】 In 2021, due to the lockdown caused by COVID-19, our customer faced difficulties as production at their overseas factory came to a halt. As our company has a wealth of experience in processing various automotive spring products, we received an urgent request from the customer for the production of automotive spring products. We produced approximately 300,000 pieces for this urgent request, while also managing other mass-produced items, and we were able to meet the customer's requirements and deliver the desired production quantity. By supplying approximately 300,000 parts this time, we were able to contribute to the Japanese automotive industry by providing alternative parts supply to Japanese automotive manufacturers without stopping their production lines.
