ε-Polylysine (hereinafter referred to as Polylysine) is a substance officially known as ε-poly-L-lysine. It has over 30 years of manufacturing history since 1989 and is widely used as a food preservative, being a polyamino acid preservative. Polylysine is a natural food preservative produced through fermentation. Due to its high safety, we have received numerous requests to use it for various antibacterial applications. In response to customer feedback, we have started selling it as a reagent. Reagents can be purchased from Fujifilm Wako Pure Chemical Corporation. For example, it is expected to reduce synthetic polymers in everyday products closely related to daily life, such as wet wipes, toothpaste, shampoo, and scalp care.

Free membership registrationWe have published application data on the efficient purification of T7 RNA polymerase, which is essential for the synthesis of mRNA drugs, using Cellufine Sulfate (chromatography resin). Please utilize it for the purification of T7 RNA polymerase and RNA-binding proteins, which are indispensable for synthesizing mRNA drugs. In the manufacturing process of mRNA vaccines, which have become well-known as vaccines for COVID-19, T7 RNA polymerase is used as the enzyme for mRNA synthesis. Cellufine Phosphate is an affinity chromatography resin that has an affinity for nucleic acid-binding proteins. T7 RNA polymerase, being a nucleic acid-binding protein, can be efficiently purified using Cellufine Phosphate. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
