Automobile production line manufacturing services

All staff from six departments will unite and respond from the initial discussions to the completion of on-site trial operations.

We take full responsibility for all processes from the consideration, design, manufacturing, assembly, adjustment, and installation of production lines, to subsequent management and repairs. During the consideration phase, we use 3D simulation software to conceptualize the equipment, visualizing the feasibility of the robots and equipment while bringing our customers' ideas to life. We import the 3D data of the completed jigs into simulation CAD to check for interference between the jigs and the welding gun, as well as to verify the cycle time.
